Phone Banking
PhoneBanking is the automatic telling system for banks via telephone and call center. The system supports transactions such as providing general information about the bank, exchange rates, and interest rates; making announcements; changing PINs; informing customers of amounts due; and searching fixed term and/or non-term accounts.
The following three modules of the Phone Banking system provide optimal functionality for customer satisfaction:
- Trading management:
- Changing customer PINs through mobile phones
- Checking customer account balances.
- Providing transaction history including receivables and payables.
- Providing general information such as interest rates, exchange rates, and promotional programs.
- User management:
- Allows and/or cancels access to the PBS system
- Adding and/or removing users
- Adjusting customer profiles
- Connection with the bank's database.
- Direct connection allows banks to update and manage customer profiles and business activities quickly and effectively, improving business performance and saving costs when trading and searching for information.
