Welcoming CEO of American Cendora Group

On February 4, 2012, FPT IS Chairman Do Cao Bao and Deputy CEO Phung Viet Thang welcomed the CEO of the Cendora Group LLC, Michael Nguyen, at the FPT IS headquarters in Hanoi.
At the meeting, Chairman Do Cao Bao and CO Michael Nguyen signed a memorandum of understanding on future joint IT development cooperation in the American market including ITO and SAP.
The two sides had previously discussed FPT IS's professional capabilities and strengths, as well as the necessary factors for the company to penetrate the US market.

A presentation by Dr. Tran Tuan Hung, Director of the IT Outsourcing Center, helped Michael Nguyen learn more about the fields in which FPT IS is involved and its projects and customers. Mr. Nguyen shared experience on working in the US and pointed out some cultural differences related to work in Vietnam and the US. He also suggested some directions for FPT IS to research for penetrating the US and North American markets, including finding potential customers and learning about competitors.
Chairman Do Cao Bao thanked Mr. Nguyen for his ideas and agreed with the orientations to help FPT IS become a more globalized company.
