FPT IS to Receive “ATP- Unified Contact Center Enterprise” Certification

On 18th January, Cisco announced that FPT Information System has qualified to be an “ATP- Unified Contact Center Enterprise in Vietnam” (hi-tech partner providing solutions, consultancy, and deployment of Unified Contact Center Systems)
To attain this certification, technical staff from FPT IS have participated in training courses by Cisco on unified contact technology, and at the same time, laboratories have been procured and implemented by FPT IS to ensure the operation and demonstration of Contact Center solutions for customers.In Vietnam, FPT IS and DTS are the first two companies to achieve this certification. This is a condition for FPT IS to provide solutions, consultancy and deployment of Unified Contact Centers in accordance with Cisco’s global standards.
