FPT IS becomes the 201st official member of VINASA

At the third congress of the Vietnam Software Association (VINASA) in Hanoi on 12-13 November 2010, FPT IS, represented by CEO Duong Dung Trieu, was officially recognized as a member of VINASA.
The association also passed many key issues and was renamed Vietnam Information Technology Service and Software Association. FPT's Chairman Truong Gia Binh will continue to hold the position of the association's president for the next term.
VINASA is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization founded in 2002 to promote the development of software enterprises in Vietnam. During its third tenure (2010-2015), the association will continue to commit to its role as a link between the Government and software and service enterprises in Vietnam and expand its network and connections into the global IT community.
