Deploying FPT.BCCS for 21st Century Technologies group

The project to implement the FPT.BCCS billing and customer care system for the 21st Century Technologies Group in Nigeria was kicked off on February 6, 2012. FPT IS will study and analyse the business processes, convert the old system, deploy and operate the FPT.BCCS system to serve the 21st Century Technologies Group.
Our client has asked us to complete this project by the end of June 2012, which will involve one month developing the system at FPT IS in Vietnam and four months to build and install the system at the client's office in Nigeria.
FPT IS sent a delegation on an earlier mission to Nigeria in mid January to study their company's facilities and technical infrastructure.
This is an important project marking FPT IS's entrance into the African market. The successful implementation of this project is very important for the 21st Century Technologies group and will also provide a reference to introduce FPT IS to other telecommunications providers in Nigeria and expand its international markets.
