FPT IS has developed software for Government institutions including the FPT.eGOV software for administrative reforms, and other software for enterprise administration and licensing; managing industrial parks; establishing and developing portals for government institutions; managing criminal records in the Supreme People's Procuracy; and storing and managing criminal case statistics in the Supreme People's Court.

FPT IS e-government information system software, FPT.eGOV, includes 31 subsystems with basic and comprehensive functions to manage administrative activities at all levels of State bodies from commune/ward and district levels to the provincial/city, department, board and sector levels.

FPT.eGOV software is currently being applied in 18 provinces in Vietnam.  Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Tra Vinh, Binh Duong, and Can Tho expanded the use of the software to all their districts after it was successfully implemented in the People's Committee headquarters. After Ho Chi Minh City applied FPT.eGov, it became the country's leader in the ICT and IT application index. In addition, FPT.eGov contributed to Tra Vinh province and Tan Binh district winning the 2009 ICT Awards for the most effective IT application in a State body at the central provincial and city level, and for a State body at the district level.
