FPT IS Services provides a wide range of direct IT services including maintenance for servers and network systems, security, ATMs, POS, data centers, call centers, system administration and other integrated services.

Its network of service centers in eight major provinces and cities across Vietnam ensures FPT IS Services can respond to customer needs as quickly and effectively as possible.

In 2011, FPT IS Services began offering new services such as constructing and installing the VMWare solution; installing and maintaining Matica card embossing machines; managed services combined with its regular maintenance services; and designing solutions for managing and printing documents.

FPT IS Services also researched and created the FPT ATM Guard alarm system for ATMs,  a 100% "made in Vietnam" FPT IS product designed for banks to protect their ATMs from criminal attacks. This is testimony to the experience and capacity of FPT IS, as well as its continuous efforts to research suitable solutions to meet its customers' real needs.
