FPT IS FSE concentrates on developing and deploying integrated systems for the public finance sector as well as information systems, including integrated systems and software solutions, for national security and defense, healthcare, education and enterprises sectors.

The public finance sector is the company's main source of revenue. Its customers have entrusted FPT IS FSE with many projects to deploy and administer safety, security and storage systems, and facilitate large servers.

In November 2010, FPT IS FSE successfully transferred all the equipment and data of the General Department of Taxation (GDT) Informatics Center to the TELEHOUSE Vietnam Data Center, which is a joint venture of FPT IS. Its managed service has earned the trust of customers with complicated, large-scale projects such as managing the entire IT infrastructure system, including networks, servers, storage and security, for the Departments of Taxation and Customs.

FPT IS FSE took on a project in July 2010 to develop and deploy technical infrastructure for the General Department of Taxation (GDT), including hardware infrastructure (a Unix server system, storage, network and security), software infrastructure and system administration services for managing Personal Income Tax (PIT). The system serves 7000 users at 770 branches with 800 deployment points in 63 provinces and handles 15 million taxpayers.

The PIT management system is the GDT's first centralized system. It required a robust processing capacity, availability and high reliability to meet the demands of its tax management operations.

In 2011, FPT IS FSE also developed digital signature services for strategic customers and enterprises and has provided over 50,000 customers with digital signatures.
