FPT IS provides IT maintenance and warranty, managed service, data centers, ITO, system security, and cloud computing.

In mid-2010, FPT IS opened Telehouse Vietnam, a joint venture with KDDI and ITX of Japan. As the joint venture's major shareholder, we will provide international standard data center services in Vietnam and throughout the region. KDDI is the second largest telecom group in Japan with a total revenue of US$ 37 billion in 2009, and is among the world's leading providers of data center services with a global network of data centers.

With nine service centers and more than twenty maintenance locations planned, FPT IS is the only company with a warranty network that covers most regions in Vietnam. We maintain more than 60% of the ATMs, and POSs in the country as well as numerous databases, networks, server, storage, and application systems.

We currently hold the record  for the most extensive maintenance service in Vietnam.

"Cloud computing" has been a part of FPT's strategy since the beginning of 2010 and FPT IS has been assigned to implement this service. FPT has created the FPT Cloud program to develop cloud computing using the strengths of all FPT member companies. Priority will be given to:

  1. Telecom infrastructure development
  2. Cloud oriented data center
  3. Development of online services focusing on:
    - Enterprises and government
    - The public and individuals
  4. Training IT engineers who are specialized in cloud computing technology to serve FPT as well as other organizations and enterprises in Vietnam.
  5. Applying cloud computing to FPT's real estate business sector, including constructing technical infrastructure and providing service for end-to-end users.

FPT is investing financial and human resources in this field, and has promoted cooperation with its strategic partners such as Microsoft that provide cloud computing solutions. FPT, in cooperation with Microsoft, will offer new, more user friendly and approachable services based on cloud computing for both enterprises and individual users.

FPT Cloud 2015:

"For e-citizen" is one of FPT's key strategies and is focused on creating the best electronic services for individuals, enterprises, and governmental organizations in Vietnam. Cloud computing is an important solution for FPT to provide services rapidly and conveniently in the major cities, as well as remote areas throughout Vietnam. FPT aims to become one of the leading Vietnamese companies for cloud computing in the domestic market.
