Licensed by the General Department of Taxation on November 24, 2011, to provide electronic tax declaration services, making FPT IS the sixth provider of these services in Vietnam.
Inaugurated transaction offices in Vinh, Tien Giang and Kien Giang.
Became an official provider of Autodesk products in Vietnam. Autodesk is the world's leading company for 3D design, technical and entertainment software.
Changed from FPT Information System Joint Stock Company to FPT Information System one member limited company.
Upgraded the FPT IS representative office in Cambodia to FPT Information System Cambodia one member limited company.
Upgraded representative office in Singapore to FPT Information System Singapore limited company.

Chairman Do Cao Bao ended his CEO role and transfered the executive authority to the new Board of managers.
March 2010, FPT IS received the Vietnam ICT Award for the Best System Intergration Enterprise in 2009.
March 2010, FPT IS opened a Representative office in Dak Lak, established two more Warranty and Maintenance centers in Bien Hoa and Dong Nai.
May 2010. FPT IS established two Representative offices, one in Laos and one in Cambodia.

February, 2009, FPT IS opened the representative office in Singapore- taking the important step in realizing the globalization strategy.
March, 2009, FPT IS was accredited Top Vietnam Partner for SAP by SAP on acknowledging FPT IS’ contribution in the success of SAP in Vietnam.
April, 2009, the hospital general management software FPT.eHospital and the FPT-e.Gov developed by FPT IS won the Venus Star award by the Ministry of Information and Communication for excellent software.
June, 2009, IBM officially acknowledged FPT IS to be IBM Premier Partner – the highest partnership of IBM.
July 2009, Nguyen Manh Cuong of FPT IS became the first Vietnamese engineer to achieve the ITIL Service Manager.
On August 13, 2009, FPT IS was transformed to joint stock company and officially started business in the new form in September 1, 2009.
November, 2009, FPT IS received two important awards by Cisco namely TOP Advanced Technology and Customer Satisfaction.
November 2009, FPT IS signed the US $ 12.6 million-ERP contract with the Vietnam National Petroleum Corporation (Petrolimex) – the largest ERP contract ever signed in Vietnam at that time.
December, 2009, FPT IS established its eighth member, which is named FPT Information System of the South (FPT IS-South for short)
December, 2009 FPT IS and KDDI and ITX co-founded the International Telehouse Vietnam Corporation, providing Data Center services in Vietnam and in the region.

Prime Contractor of Personal Income Tax management project (PIT), providing information system that enables the Taxation to manage 13 to 15 million taxpayers. End-users of this software are tax employees who are using information system for professional operation. This is considered the management system for largest number of subjects ever deployed in Southeast Asia. Being the project prime contractor has created the turning point in FPT history, which marks the maturity of FPT IS in winning multi million dollar project as a prime contractor. This is also the software and service project of largest value ever implemented by FPT.
